Job Summary
- We are seeking a diligent and trustworthy Office Assistant / Cleaner to join our team at Smash Technology Limited.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire office environment (inside and outside) and supporting the office with errands and basic administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the entire company premises, including offices, restrooms, reception, kitchen, walkways, and outdoor areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Empty and dispose of trash daily and maintain proper waste disposal practices.
- Ensure the restrooms are cleaned, disinfected, and fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Run office errands such as buying items, collecting/dropping off documents, or supporting inter-department needs within and outside the premises.
- Serve water, tea, or light refreshments to staff or guests when needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are neat and orderly at all times.
- Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in all cleaning and errands-related duties.
- Report any repair or maintenance needs (e.g. electrical, plumbing) promptly.
- Report to the Admin management
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Proven experience as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks effectively.
- Trustworthy, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to run errands responsibly and with urgency when required.
- Must be punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary
- N80,000 Monthly.
