Job Title: Office Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Office Manager to oversee both office and field operations.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to take full control of operations when needed.
  • This role requires a highly organized individual with a proven track record in managing large teams and ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Authority – Take full responsibility for supervising staff in both field and office settings.
  • Strategic Decision-Making – Ensure smooth business operations, especially in the absence of the MD.
  • Staff Coordination – Manage and oversee a large workforce efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence – Implement effective processes to improve productivity and maintain discipline among employees.
  • Reporting & Communication – Provide direct reports to the Managing Director (MD) and execute strategic plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Age: 40 years and above.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
  • Education: A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience managing large teams in an office or field setting.
  • Industry Background: Candidates with prior experience in Engineering, Management Sciences, or similar fields are highly preferred.
  • Must reside in Lagos (Mainland residents are at an advantage).
