Job Title: Office Operations Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Office Manager to oversee both office and field operations.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to take full control of operations when needed.
- This role requires a highly organized individual with a proven track record in managing large teams and ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Authority – Take full responsibility for supervising staff in both field and office settings.
- Strategic Decision-Making – Ensure smooth business operations, especially in the absence of the MD.
- Staff Coordination – Manage and oversee a large workforce efficiently.
- Operational Excellence – Implement effective processes to improve productivity and maintain discipline among employees.
- Reporting & Communication – Provide direct reports to the Managing Director (MD) and execute strategic plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 40 years and above.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
- Education: A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience managing large teams in an office or field setting.
- Industry Background: Candidates with prior experience in Engineering, Management Sciences, or similar fields are highly preferred.
- Must reside in Lagos (Mainland residents are at an advantage).
