Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Receptionist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and packages).
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Keep records of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
