Job Description

  • We are in search of an exceptional individual to join our team as an office Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the CEO schedule, appointment and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring seemless operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide administrative support to enhance the CEO’s productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
