Responsibilities

  • Respond to, and follow up on comments, enquiries and orders online.
  • Forward Order Details to Production and communicate deadlines.
  • Remind Production on customer deadlines
  • Ensure deliveries are sent out and timelines are met.
  • After Sales Followup.
  • Daily Sales Reports.
  • Post content on social media platform

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a relevant qualifications with 2-4 years work experience.
