Job Title: Online Customer Service Representative

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via social media
  • Resolve customer complaint
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide information about our products,services and promotions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Assist in managing online orders and bookings.

Requirements

  • SSCE or OND qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience and a friendly demeanour.

Budget

  • N80,000 / month.
