Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor/Service Manager
Role Overview
- As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be the digital face of our hospitality brand.
- You will manage customer interactions via WhatsApp, Instagram, and food delivery platforms, ensuring timely responses, accurate order processing, and excellent virtual service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across digital platforms
- Process and confirm online food orders, coordinating with the kitchen and dispatch teams
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact, escalating when necessary
- Track and update customers on their order status
- Record customer feedback and recurring issues for management review
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Support marketing efforts with customer engagement and promotional communication
- Adhere to service protocols and digital communication standards
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality (online or in-person) is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic digital tools
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, courteous, and solution-oriented mindset.
