Job Title: Online Sales/Customer Service Representative
Location: Wuye, Abuja

Job Description
- The Online Sales Representative/ Customer Service Representative is in charge of handling all things related to the company’s website.
- They take care of tasks like designing the website, maintaining the site and ensuring its reflects the company’s goals and image.
- Their main goal is to boost the website’s performance, attract visitors, and keep users engaged to help the company succeed.
Responsibilities
- Update/upload product with description and monitor the website
- Place order on the website and Process website orders for the entire website (Nigeria and other countries)
- Send emails from the website
- Creation of coupon codes and Enables/disable coupons
- Send back lodge emails
- Attend to all missing orders, abandoned carts, failed and cancelled orders on the website
- Use and respond to product question module.
- Update status of website order to processing if payment has been confirmed and update to shipper if order has been shipped out.
- Work with warehouse inventory, USA hike up inventory store inventory (Accra and Botswana stores) to update website inventory
- Creating tracking number and sending tracking number.
- Taking orders from website
- Update products running out of stock and completely out of stock and those restocked
- Sending verification mail
- Update prices/price change on the website
- Any issue with the website should be communicated to Mr. Javatech who’s the overall head of all website activities.
- Change a status on the website and delete product that are not longer in use.
- Update store locations/address
- Send push notification for products every two (2) days
- Treat abandoned carts by reaching out to customer either via mail or calls to know their responses and fill up required form and submit to either supervisor.
- Pick phone calls on 3cx calls
- Clear cache after product /price update
- Check for new orders and missing orders on the website
- Fill up forms for processing orders
- Reach out to client without phone number who has placed orders on the website.
- Push notification every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Submit daily business report to Boss via all the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 2 years of experience.
