Job Title: Operation/Admin Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations / Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations and assisting various departments as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
  • Support logistics and inventory processes
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Handle errands, basic documentation, and assist with vendor-related matters
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of operational tasks
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Maximum qualification of OND in any field
  • 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn
  • Must reside within or close to Ikeja, Lagos
  • Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.
  • Gender Preference: Male (for gender balance).

Salary

  • N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
