Description
- We want to hire an “Operations Coordinator” to join our team. This is a role where you will report directly to the Performance Excellence Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and onboarding potential new clients for recovery business
- Coordinates all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Showroom
- Achieves the Collections set targets for locations managed
- Training and coaching of collections team members
- Driving the performance of the collections team
- Handle escalations from customers and the collections team
- Take action to encourage timely debt payments
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
- Coordinates the setup and organisation of showrooms (Collections and Recovery)
- Tracking Performance of Team Members
- Providing Feedback on activities of operations to Management
- Participate in all internal meetings related to the Operations
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Financial Services Organization with at least 1 year of leadership experience
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collections
- Comfortable working with targets
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Analytical skills
- Great communication skill
- Great at time management, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Good decision skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial leadership skills with proven capability of working in a matrix environment.
