Job Responsibilities:
- As a Lead/Manager, you will assume the responsibility for overseeing and optimizing the technical operations across all facets of our operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery of services to our valued clients. Your primary role will involve coordinating project execution and implementing best practices to uphold high standards of operational excellence. This position demands strong technical acumen, exceptional communication proficiency, and a proven history of successfully leading and managing technical operations in the Oil and Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project execution and oversee technical project implementation to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and management teams, providing technical support to resolve operational challenges.
- Drive operational excellence within technical teams, leveraging your experience and expertise.
- Maintain a strong focus on Oil and Gas infrastructure and offshore operations, drawing from your robust technical background.
- Apply IT project management methodologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and facilitate efficient operations.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses 3-5 years of operations management experience within the Oil and Gas Industry or a related field.
- Holds a strong technical background in Oil and Gas infrastructure and offshore operations.
- Has a proven track record of leading technical teams and driving operational excellence.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses an analytical mindset for resolving complex technical challenges.
- Displays strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Is familiar with industry standards, compliance regulations, and security protocols.
