Job Summary
- The Order Fulfillment Officer is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed order fulfilment targets, including accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve order fulfilment processes and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
