Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will handle customer orders efficiently, provide excellent communication via WhatsApp and phone calls, assist in inventory and stock management, and process cash payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Reply promptly to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries.
• Answer and manage hotline calls professionally.
• Take and confirm customer orders with accuracy.
• Monitor and update inventory and stock records regularly.
• Process cash payments and issue receipts.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.

Requirements

• Must reside in Kano, preferably around the Zoo Road axis.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking.
• Honesty and reliability in handling cash transactions.
• Prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage.
