Job Title: Partner/Client Success Executive

Job Description
- The Partner/Client Success role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of customers.
- The role exists to drive revenue growth through effective partnership management of OEMs/channels and end users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- This position involves nurturing existing relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with channels and internal teams to deliver value and achieve mutual business goals.
- Job Type: Full-time with flexible work plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop Business plan for OEM.
- Implement business plan to drive business growth.
- Work closely with partners to monitor the progress of business plans.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage contract renewals and expansions, negotiating favorable terms for both parties.
- Analyze customer and partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Liaise with strategic partners, customers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership Management.
- 3-5years of experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management roles
- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity products.
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering high quality service.
