Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Ensure that all statutory deductions like PAYE, Pension, HMO. etc are all remitted tthe necessary organizations as at when due.
- Payroll information data entry
- Review all attendance report prepared by all site HRs and ensure there is nerror in the data gathered.
- Prepare all salary payroll for both outsourced and formal staff and upload when all review has been perfected.
- Ensure that all salaries are completely disbursed tboth the Outsourced and Formal Employees with 0% salary complaints
- Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys tdetermine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Enlighten Site HRs on how thandle salary complaint wherein such occurs.
- Ensure the employee assisted program is active and the beneficiaries get their reward as at when due.
- Ensure all salary payslip is delivered tall employees not more than 2 working days after the collection of their salary.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Periodically update payroll information; collection, calculation, and data capture.
- Ensure employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Compliance:
- Maintenance of required compliance documentation & internal control practices is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Working relationship with company’s Legal department, keeps abreast of changes in laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Policy development and communication
Qualification & Work Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of payroll administration.
- Proficiency in the use of excel and its formulas tensure accuracy
- Must be analytical (Knowledge of other analytical tools will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, finance, economics, related field or equivalent experience knowledge of Payroll and HR Compliance requirements in line with Nigeria Labor Law.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
