Job Title: People Operations Intern (NYSC)
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Summary
- We are looking for an NYSC Intern to join our People Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while developing key workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Business Partner.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with People Ops documentation and filing.
- Partake in People Ops projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Ops team.
Requirements
- Currently serving (NYSC) in Lagos.
- Resides in or near Ketu, Ojota, Maryland, or Ikeja.
- Strong interest in Human Resources Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
