Job Description
- Our client is looking to recruit a competent Personal Assistant to deliver individualised secretarial and administrative support in a timely, well-organized way for an engineering firm.
- The candidate must have administrative and accounting skills as they will be required to take and keep records. On a personal level, you will work on various responsibilities in the manager’s professional life and communication.
- Proximity to work is very important, only those living on the Island will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the manager’s primary contact with on-site internal and external engineering workers.
- Dispatch correspondence, screen calls, and direct calls
- Respond appropriately to requests and inquiries.
- Record daily materials and expenses from various engineering sites.
- Keep track of appointments and meetings.
- Organise travel arrangements.
- Take notes and minutes.
- Get office supplies
- Create briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Create and keep up with a system for office filing.
Requirements and Skills
- A HND certificate or University Degree would be highly advantageous.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Understanding of office management practices
- English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- The capacity to prioritise daily workload while multitasking
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Reputation for discretion and confidentiality.
Pay
N100,000 / month.
