Job Title: Personal Assistant and Admin Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of supplies.
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle personal and professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate events, vendors, and other operational activities.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in administration, operations management, executive assistant or a similar role.
- Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
