Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive support, ensuring efficiency in daily operations to the MD.
- The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
