Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and appointments: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders.
  • Handle correspondence and communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages, and ensure timely communication.
  • Personal tasks and errands: Run personal errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
  • Travel arrangements: Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Expense management: Manage expenses, including tracking receipts, submitting expense reports, and ensuring timely reimbursement.
  • Household management: Oversee household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
  • Event planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, such as parties, dinners, and other social gatherings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
