Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO dairy, calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels and rentals cars if needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and handle presentations
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Act as the point of contact between the managers, supervisor and internal/external clients
  • Materials are made available timely for meetings

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND graduate with 1-2 years of cognate experience or ND with 4-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related role
  • Ability to manage and handle meetings without the CEO
  • Proficient in goggle suite, Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint specifically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Accuracy, attention to details, and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Must reside in Ajah or environment

Salary

  • N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
