Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO dairy, calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels and rentals cars if needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and handle presentations
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Take dictation and minutes
- Act as the point of contact between the managers, supervisor and internal/external clients
- Materials are made available timely for meetings
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND graduate with 1-2 years of cognate experience or ND with 4-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related role
- Ability to manage and handle meetings without the CEO
- Proficient in goggle suite, Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint specifically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Accuracy, attention to details, and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must reside in Ajah or environment
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
