Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: VGC, Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing experienced and skilled HR officer to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for providing HR support to all employees, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and handling performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR related matters, including policies, procedures and benefits. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  • Assist with the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars to promote employee development and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide support and advice to the factory workers, warehouse workers and managers. And also implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including attendance, turnover, and training metrics.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions, including investigations, suspensions and terminations.

Requirements

  • HND or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an HR Role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information and conflicts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly excel, word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must reside in Ajah or environment.

Salary

  • N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
