Job Brief
- We are looking for a high-performing experienced and skilled HR officer to join our team.
- You will be responsible for providing HR support to all employees, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training records.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and handling performance management and appraisal processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR related matters, including policies, procedures and benefits. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Assist with the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars to promote employee development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide support and advice to the factory workers, warehouse workers and managers. And also implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including attendance, turnover, and training metrics.
- Assist with disciplinary actions, including investigations, suspensions and terminations.
Requirements
- HND or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an HR Role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information and conflicts.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly excel, word, and PowerPoint.
- Must reside in Ajah or environment.
Salary
- N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
