Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description
- The Personal Assistant/Driver will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of daily tasks, appointments, and transport.
- The role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, organization, and excellent driving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and official engagements within Abuja.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper servicing and maintenance schedules are adhered to.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and reminders.
- Run errands such as banking, delivery/pick-up of documents, and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, printing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act with professionalism at all times.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation following all traffic laws and road safety rules.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of OND/ND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant and/or driver.
- Experience working with executives or senior management is an added advantage.
- Clean driving and criminal record is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent driving skills with a valid Nigerian driver’s license.
- Good knowledge of Abuja roads.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements:
- Must be based in Abuja
- Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- Must present at least two guarantors (non-family members).
- Will be required to undergo a background check before employment confirmation.
Remuneration
- Monthly Salary: N75,000 – N90,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses and allowances where applicable
- Mobile phone allowance
- Paid leave and off-days as applicable by company policy.
