Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday & Alternate Saturdays

Job Summary

  • This role is ideal for a proactive professional with excellent multitasking abilities and a solid understanding of accounting and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior executives.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Data Management: Prepare reports, maintain financial records, and organize confidential documents.
  • Sales & Inventory Coordination: Support the sales team with reporting, reconciliations, and stock monitoring.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle office operations, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for efficiency in administrative and financial processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG or sales-driven environment.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial and administrative duties.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with executives, clients, and team members effectively.

Salary

  • N250,000 / month.
