Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration of the office premises.
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers servicing the office premises.
  • Attend official business meetings and provide secretarial support to the MD at those meetings.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to MD and CFO within the office.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD for other investment portfolios outside of the Company.
  • Management of petty cash and office running expenses.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Provide logistical support to MD and immediate family for travel needs.
  • Liaise with LCDA authorities for payment and filling of relevant office premises charges E.g. Land use charge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years and proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a positive attitude.
