Description
- The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily operations/ schedule of the Managing Director, including handling of emails, managing of schedules, appointments, calendars, booking travels.
- This role requires an individual who is organized, proactive, able to multi task, articulate and professional.
Responsibilities
- Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prioritizing tasks, managing projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Booking travel, accommodations, and making other arrangements as needed.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient ininterfacing with high earned clients.
- Handling any classified tasks or duties as required by the Managing Director.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience is needed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in software applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, email management tools.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or requests efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient with international time zones.
- Must have current international passport.
- Must be available to travel/
Remuneration
- N350,000 / Month and above depends on experience (Negotiable).
