Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and social media support to the restaurant’s management team.
  • The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the management.
  • Support social media management: content creation, scheduling posts, and community engagement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Travel with or on behalf of management as needed.

Requirements

  • Female Personal Assistant with 2-4 years experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Willingness to travel as the need arises.

Compensation and Benefits

  • N100,000.00 / month
  • Free accommodation for 3–4 months upon resumption
