Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant  a Reputable Executive to provide dedicated support to a distinguished executive. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both personal and professional responsibilities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, detailed itineraries, and briefing documents for meetings and travel.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and document preparation with utmost confidentiality.
  • Create and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Event and Travel Management:

  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate personal and professional events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Assist with managing personal budgets, invoices, and payments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant,
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
