Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Panseke, Abeokuta – Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • This role involves managing schedules, handling communication, assisting with inventory records, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and reminders for meetings or deliveries.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Help coordinate staff schedules, training, and internal communications.
  • Ensure documentation, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 0 – 1 year experience.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and attentive to detail.

Salary

  • N45,000 Monthly.
