Job Description
- As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director’s office.

Scope
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communication.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.
- Implement overall quality control for administrative tasks, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.
- Review and refine administrative processes, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Offer technical assistance and guidance on administrative tasks to the Managing Director.
- Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals.
- Uphold high-quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and sensitive information.
- Foster effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the executive team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in corporate settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Professional demeanor and conduct in representing executive leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and independently.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
