Job Description
- Manage the MD calender, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring that all time commitments are met and priorities are aligned.
- Screen and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the MD, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare, organise and maintain important documents, files and records for the MD office ensuring that all neccessary supplies and resources are available.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of meetings and events.
- Plan and organise domestic and international travel for the MD, ensure that all travel logistics are well cordinated and that MD is kept informed of travel schedules and any changes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
- A high degree of professionalism and integrity with a strong sense of confidentiality.
