Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for business/personal trips.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • 1–2 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
