Job Summary

  • We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and highly organized Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a high-level executive.
  • The ideal candidate must be poised, articulate, and experienced in handling a variety of office tasks and tools with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact and manage communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes when required.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, representing the executive with tact and grace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Officer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet, dependable, and highly organized.
  • Well-groomed, with a confident and poised demeanor suitable for high-level representation.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role or high-demand corporate environment.
