Job Title: Personal Assistant to MD

Location: Ojodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Among other things you may be required to perform, are the following but not limited to the same:

  • Supports client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
  •  Provides administrative support.
  • Conserves client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
  • Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
  • And other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must posses an Ordinary National Diploma or Higher National Diploma or BSc in any of the Social Science Courses and must be willing to work on weekends.
  • Must be a male within 25 – 33 years age bracket.
