Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Director
Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support one of our Directors in managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a balanced workflow.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient in time management, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups on key tasks and deadlines.
- Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties as required.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and necessary logistics when needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.

Salary
- N120,000 Monthly.
