Job Summary

  • The Personal Assistant to the MD will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
  • The role requires discretion, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate travel plans, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
