Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage MD’s schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and information.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the first point of contact between MD and internal/external parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of PA or Executive Assistant experience.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
