Summary

• This is a one time fast-moving sharp sharp project – we’ll be shortlisting and responding quickly.
• Come join us and build something smart
• We’re looking for a detail-oriented PHP developer to help us automate backend workflows using the Zoho Inventory API.
• You will build a lightweight script that receives data from our CRM, processes it using Zoho’s API (OAuth 2.0), and returns a smart response.
• This script will be hosted on our cPanel (Namecheap).

What You’ll Build:

• A PHP webhook listener
• Token-based Zoho authentication (refresh token handling)
• API calls to fetch Sales Order, Bundle components, and Bin data
• Package creation logic with bin-level inventory deduction
• Error handling with immediate email alerts (e.g., insufficient stock)
• Clean JSON response formatting.

Tech Requirements

• Strong PHP (backend script experience)
• Comfort with Zoho Inventory / Books APIs (REST)
• OAuth 2.0 authentication
• Hosting on cPanel (not AWS/GCP)
• Real-time email alerts (PHP Mail or SMTP).

Bonus if You Have:

• Prior experience integrating Zoho CRM / Inventory / Books
• Built a webhook listener before
• Created inventory or order-based logic.
