Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Practice Support Associate to join our dynamic law firm.
  • This role requires someone with the right work attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team.
  • Manage and maintain case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
  • Generating invoices for petty cash and administrative requirements.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception with a warm smile and in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining inventory records and re-order supplies as necessary.
  • Handle scheduling, client communications, and general office tasks.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation for the firm’s online presence.
  • Utilize technology and legal software for efficient workflow and document management.
  • Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, legal software, and digital tools.
  • Social media management experience (content creation, engagement, and analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive work attitude. Successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully onsite, collaborative work environment.
  • Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
