After a very competitive bidding process, TICT emerged as the concessionaire of Terminal B, Tincan Island Port. Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Application:
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate waste
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyse current processes and identify root causes of inefficiencies
- Develop and implement solutions that improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Identify key performance areas of waste and inefficiencies, using data-driven decision-making to drive improvements
- Establish process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control measures to sustain improvements.
Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and simplification
- Works with departmental stakeholders to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes
- Develop project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiatives
- Align process improvement projects with the organization’s strategic objectives and performance goals.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead cross-functional teams through process transformation projects
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and mentoring teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and process optimization techniques
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on problem-solving methodologies, process mapping, and performance improvement
- Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of process change.
Technology & Automation Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams (local and international) to identify automation opportunities that enhance process efficiency
- Recommend and implement digital solutions to streamline operations and improve workflow
- Leverage data analytics tools to monitor process performance and support decision-making.
Documentation, Reporting & Other Duties:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including process maps, impact assessments, and performance reports
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
- Track and report the impact of process improvement initiatives on business performance
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across departments
- Perform other duties by business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or any related STEM field (Preferred but not compulsory)
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or related roles.
