Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Project Monitoring Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, tracking and managing activities of the Project and maintenance team ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process.
• Manage and co-coordinate project team to ensure proper product installation, maintenance of all projects and oversee all electrical projects from signoff to completion, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Handle all external communications with Clients, respond swiftly to client’s request, enquires and ensuring seamless documentation of responses.
• Manage all back-end documentation on assigned tasks and allocation.
• Track and manage all logistics expenses for both Implementation and Maintenance team and provide weekly report on all project installation activities.
• Maintain data and reports on routine project activities and report back to Project Coordinator on a frequent basis.

Requirements

• B.Eng in Electrical Engineering( or related field).
• Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in Project Monitoring.
• Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
