Job Description
As a Project & Partnership Development Intern, you will:
- Assist in planning and coordinating creative programs and events
- Support partnership outreach: drafting proposals, scheduling meetings, and maintaining partner databases
- Help prepare concept notes, reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Conduct research on potential sponsors, collaborators, and grant opportunities
- Track deliverables and help maintain project timelines
- Attend strategy and planning meetings with senior team members.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in project management, communications, arts, or related fields (preferred)
- Passion for creative industries (film, music, content creation, etc.)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous volunteer/internship experience in events, media, or nonprofit space is a plus
- Must be proactive, teachable, and digitally savvy.
