Qualifications

• BSc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Competency Requirements

• Ability to create and manage graphics for website updates and social media platforms.
• Ability to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Ability to monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
• Ability to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, and managing calendars.
• Ability to maintain organized files and databases, both physical and digital.
• Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
• Ability to design and create visually appealing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting and content.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to gather information and data for documents.
• Ability to provide support for various projects by assisting with research, coordination, and documentation.
• Ability to perform other assigned tasks as required.
