Job Description

• We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Promo Operations and Fulfilment Officer to join our marketing team at Gearbox Inc.
• As a Promo Operations and Fulfilment Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing the fulfilment of promotional materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfilment of promotional materials, including printing, packaging, and shipping
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements/Skills

• 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations principles, including campaign management and logistics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
