Job Purpose
- Provider Network Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and operational bridge between Sterling Health MCS Ltd. and our network healthcare providers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Operational Connectivity: Ensure seamless operational flow by facilitating communication and coordination between the HMO and hospitals regarding patient care, service delivery, and administrative processes.
- Claims Facilitation & Support: Guide providers through claims submission processes, address inquiries, troubleshoot payment status, and resolve any claims-related discrepancies or issues efficiently.
- Data Accuracy & Management: Maintain precise and comprehensive provider information, including contact details, service capabilities, and accreditation status, within our internal systems.
- Compliance Assurance: Monitor provider adherence to Sterling Health MCS Ltd policies, procedures, and service level agreements, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Provider Education & Training: Educate and train providers on our health plans, benefit packages, pre-authorization procedures, and digital platforms to enhance their partnership with Sterling Health.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational and service delivery challenges faced by providers, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Medical, Claims, IT) for swift solutions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on provider engagement, operational efficiency, and key issues for management review, contributing to continuous improvement.
Salary
- N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
