Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Profit and Loss statement.
- Preparation of financial and Expenditure statement
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and partners
- Preparing and presenting bids and proposals to win new projects and contracts
- Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Managing the financial aspects of projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance and progress of projects and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, policies, and standards
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities/Labor and material schedule
- Project Valuation and payment advice
- Contract administration, monitoring and Control
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying, membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of Six years post NYSC experience, telecom experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent in measurement and valuation
- Excellent in material estimation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
