Job Summary

  • Our Client, a leading Engineer firm, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate is the first point of contact for a company, responsible for managing front-desk activities and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Manage visitor logs and security procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Address inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers and employees with their needs.
  • Resolve basic complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, or basic accounting tasks (if required).
  • Support HR and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software).
  • Professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND / OND / NCE qualification with 1 – 5 years work experience.
