Job Title: Receptionist/Admin Officer
Location: Allen – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Professionally answer main telephone line, screen and direct calls, attending to customers.
- Monitor main line voice messages.
- Receive packages and distribute deliveries, tarcking and monitoring incoming USPS mail, posting and delivery of outgoing mail daily.
- Log inperson incoming and outgoing checks.
- Assist with courier requests and correspondence.
- Performs daily walk through of the building, conference rooms and general office area and confirm rooms are set up for use/occupancy according to checklist.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, e.g., copier, scanner and postage machine.
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies weekly.
- Place special orders as needed.
- Ensure reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion.
- Provides coverage for the front desk.
- Ensures that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to buildings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Administration or any social courses.
- 3 – 4 Years Experience as a Receptionist, customer care and Adminstrative.
- Punctulity to work, proximity to work.
- Must be very good on microsoft word and excel.
