ARO Management – Our client, Vina’s Ultrasound, a women-only diagnostic center offering specialized ultrasound services in a serene, private, and professional environment. Their mission is to provide high-quality care with a warm and personal touch for every woman.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary 

• They are seeking a well-put-together, extremely friendly female receptionist who is experienced in working in women-centered environments such as spas, salons, or wellness centers.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and must represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Manage the front desk: handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries.
• Provide information about diagnostic services and guide clients with sensitivity and discretion.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless client service.
• Support basic administrative tasks and office organization.

Requirements

• Female only (as this is a women-only diagnostic center).
• Must be friendly, professional, and well-presented.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk staff is required.
• Background in female-focused settings such as spas, salons, clinics, or wellness centers is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent spoken communication skills and be fluent in English.
• Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1 for easy commuting.
• Candidate must be willing to turn on their camera and show their face during the interview.

Salary

• N120,000 – N160,000 Monthly.
