Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.
• The Receptionist will be responsible for managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a pleasant first impression.
• Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant’s services.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Process payments and assist with billing inquiries if needed.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary

• N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
